At Rosewood Collection Singapore, each piece is usually custom made and cut to suit your size, resulting in wastages. As part of this environmental commitment, we maintain a strict policy regarding order cancellations for non-defect reasons to reduce our environmental impact from wastage.
Made-to-Order Wood Slab Products
**IMPORTANT: All made-to-order wood slab products are strictly non-refundable.**
Due to the unique nature of our wood slab products, each piece is specially selected and crafted to order. All sales of made-to-order wood slab furniture are final.
No cancellations will be accepted once production has begun
No returns or exchanges will be permitted for these items
This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom wood slab tables
Made-to-measure wood pieces
Any modified wood slab products
Any services
We strongly encourage customers to:
Carefully review all wood slab specifications
Understand that natural variations in wood grain and color are part of the product's character
Confirm all measurements and specifications before placing an order
Schedule a consultation with our team if you have any questions about the wood slab product
Eligibility for Claims
To be eligible for a claim, the following conditions must be met:
1. The item must be in its original condition as received, unwrapped.
2. The item must be unused
3. You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. You must provide photos and videos that substantiate the reason of your claim.
Filing a Claim

We reserve our rights to issue any refunds in the form of store credits to offset against your next purchase.
Shipping Policy
Rosewood Collection Singapore makes your order fuss-free. All orders come with free delivery and installation subject to our terms and conditions.
Free Delivery Eligibility
Any order of our rosewood table slab qualify for one complimentary delivery to a single location in Singapore. Make our job fuss free and your order comes inclusive of delivery and installation charges!
Complimentary Delivery Service
Our complimentary delivery includes:
Transport and installation of rosewood table slabs and table legs ordered from us.
Delivery to one location in Singapore
Delivery up to street level or lift-landing level (provided the lift fits the wood table slab)
Service hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Additional fees apply for specialised delivery or installation requirements:
Staircase carrying: $50 per floor as each piece weighs 100kg to 250kg
Craning services subject to quotation

Delivery Scheduling
Scheduling Process
You will receive notification approximately one week before your scheduled delivery
We will provide a specific date and time window
While we try to accommodate specific date requests, these cannot be guaranteed until final scheduling
Delays
Transport is subject to various factors that may cause occasional delays
Our team will contact you promptly if any delay is anticipated
Rescheduling and Redelivery
**Important:** Orders are collected by our delivery partners one day before delivery.
Changes requested within 24 hours of delivery will incur redelivery fees
Redelivery fees start from $300, depending on order size
Storage Policy
All our wood slabs are ex-stock in Singapore. We can deliver with a lead time of 1 week if you require.
We do accept orders up to 3 month in advance with a 50% deposit
Storage requests after the initial delivery date will incur additional fees at $300 per month
Storage availability is subject to space and cannot be guaranteed
Storage fees vary based on quantity and duration
Delivery Reception Requirements
Customer Responsibilities
1. Ensure a trusted representative is present during the delivery window
2. Inspect items upon delivery and send photos and video of the quality received to our customer sales representative.
3. Submit any damage claims immediately during delivery
4. Provide clear installation instructions if specific requirements exist
**Important:** Damage claims will not be accepted after the delivery team has departed.
Installation Instructions
- Your on-site representative's instructions are considered final
- These override any prior communications
- We cannot be held responsible for property damage during delivery
Access Requirements
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure:
1. Safe and ready access for delivery team
2. All required deposits and permissions from building management are secured
3. Installation area is clear of:
- Obstacles
- Decorative items
- Renovation debris
- Other obstructions
**Note:** If access is not available within 15 minutes of arrival, delivery will be cancelled and redelivery fees (starting from $300) will apply.
Staircase Access
- All staircase carrying incurs a service fee of $50 per floor
- Maximum floor restrictions may apply based on item weight ranging from 100kg to 250kg
- Failure to notify of staircase requirements in advance will result in:
- Delivery cancellation
- Redelivery fees (from $300)
Furniture Disposal Services
- Available upon request
- Must be arranged in advance
- Fees start from $200 per item
- Quote provided based on Size, Material, Quantity.
- On-spot disposal requests subject to truck space availability
